Prepare your brief
Send a product reference or image, desired capacity, estimated quantity, delivery destination and any color, logo or box artwork. Galleries can show several forms; identify the exact vessel you prefer so we can confirm its specification.
Use the project brief checklist ↗Before committing artwork or a box size, separate what you have selected from what still needs a response. Use the same dated record for the vessel, lid, decoration and packaging discussion.
Record the product reference, selected gallery image and requested size. If you request a physical sample, ask which exact configuration it represents and confirm sample availability, cost and timing separately. Do not treat a photograph as approval of an unconfirmed variant.
Mark logo position and orientation on the chosen vessel reference. Ask for the usable artwork area and a color reference for each decorated part. Record any changes to the artwork or finish so an earlier image is not mistaken for the current choice.
Confirm the jar-and-lid measurements before selecting the box or insert dimensions. Describe which components the quotation should include and record unresolved fit or packaging questions alongside the selected reference.
These checks help organize your inquiry; they do not establish agreed supply terms or candle-use performance. Evaluate the selected vessel with your own candle formulation and process before production. Prepare the configuration for your inquiry ↗.
Turn a product reference into a clear customization inquiry, from vessel size and color to logo placement and packaging.
